Let's get you moved in!

Just like a university or college that some of you may be attending in the fall, We have a lot of tenants wanting to move in on the same day. As small company with a lot of rentals, we have to schedule your collective move-ins over a number of days as we only have a limited amount of staff.

So with your help, and agreement per your tenancy agreement addendeum, we will get you in between the 1st and the 5th of the month and as early in the schedule as possible on a 1st come 1st serve basis. 

You can sometimes pre-book your suite for an agreed sum to get in 1 to 2 days before the rush. (email us about this option- longterm@realty-one.ca if you so wish)

1. Book your move in.

Take a Look at the online Sheet and select a move in time that is still available as option 1 and a second option just in case.

Email us with your selection: longterm@realty-one.ca

In the Subject line: Your Suite Code, Your preferred time, your name, your cell

in the body: Your Suite Code, Your preferred time, your name, your cell

AND - Your Second preferred time as the first may not be available

You should then get an acceptance of your time/date (which may not be the first of the month)

You can then arrange with your friends, family or movers to help you move in on the day.

If you are arriving by flight travel, let us know the airline and flight number.

2.  You should receive a copy of your strata bylaws and Rules&Regulations via email

This should help you NOT get a $200 fine for an infraction.

3.  ON the day

BE on time (early) as we have many renters to get in as efficiently as possible and we have strict times.

IF possible, ONLY 1 or 2 tenants max to accompany the Realty One Property Manager on the walkthrough so as to speed it up.

Friends/Family/Movers to wait until the end of the walkthrough to bring items into the suite

4. The First few days/Week after

We, Realty One office staff will still be extremely busy, but we will endeavor to get your move in document scanned and emailed out to all tenants.

We will send in your FORM K to the relevant strata on your behalf

We can NOT guarantee you will get your nominated slot, but we will try our best to accommodate your requirements. Please wait to here back before scheduling your arrival.
