PAD Agreement

The LEAD Tenant ONLY or NOMINATED INDIVIDUAL agree to give the Landlord a properly filled in Pre-Authorised Debit (PAD) FORM 14 days (or more) prior to commencement of the tenancy for the sole purpose of monthly rent collection. If required, a postdated cheque or INTERAC payment will be required to cover the 1st month’s rent if a PAD is not able to be created in time to collect 1st months rent. A PAD agreement must cover the entire rental amount for each month’s rental period amount and be authorised by a single individual on behalf of all parties in the tenancy agreement.
